Hastings-based 6 piece Someone/Anyone have been wooing audiences across London and the South East for the last 3 years with their funk and soul inflected indie pop. The band have steadily built a significant following within Hastings, regularly headlining gigs across the town’s vibrant music scene. They also gig regularly in London, have supported the likes of Keane and Kid Kapichi and have performed at a number of festivals across the country including Beautiful Days.
Their December 2018 EP release Ones and Noughts reflects the band’s fresh, developing sound and reflects a vast array of influences such as Jeff Buckley, Lianne La Havas, Tom Misch and John Martyn. Ones and Noughts has already received significant radio play from BBC Introducing The South and BBC Kent, and the band are excited to be preparing for their first video release from the EP for the track Figure You Out. Someone/Anyone are already preparing a batch of new material in charismatic frontman Harry Osborne’s home studio, and the band have big plans to branch out of their hometown and to hone their highly individual sound.
