Growing up on England’s South Coast, Olly Olsson, an up and coming singer-songwriter, not only released his debut E.P “Footsteps in the dark” in late 2018, but also sold out his first headline show at The Lighthouse in Poole in the early part of 2019.
Olsson writes music from his own twisted perspective of life with the piano at the centre of his song-writing and producing, drawing from his own emotional interpretation of certain adverse circumstances.
With lots of new music on the way including his next single “Tell her”, recorded up in Parsons Green, London. Olly has been working on taking his new material to the next stage, whilst continuing to compose for the next big releases later this year.
With influence taken from a diverse range of artists, Olly feels most connected whilst listening to those such as The 1975, Catfish and the bottlemen, James Bay and Sam Fender who all share Olsson’s passion for storytelling and ambiguous plots.
