Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow
Expect to find asanas from traditional Ashtanga Yoga mixed together with the creative side of a Vinyasa sequence. As well as this, different mobility techniques and animal flow will be introduced in order build a foundation of strength on top of the flexibility yoga can bring to the body. This helps to create stronger joints and muscles as well as improve the longevity of your practice. Expect some laughs, chilled out tunes to groove and move to, and a chilled out savasana! Open to all levels of experience.
Over the past two years, Olive has been growing as a yoga teacher in Brighton as well as internationally.
Olive's passion for yoga, movement and human functionality is expressed through her teachings and personal practice. She is constantly learning and discovering the body's many incredible abilities from her students (of all backgrounds!) as well as her own research through play.
