Introductory session covering the basic technique of both standing and lying Pilates exercises. There will be a focus on breathing patterns and skeletal mobility which will enhance the activation of the deep core muscles. You will leave feeling more body aware from head to toe.
Building from the introductory session the aim will be to work on postural awareness, coordination and core stability with varying positional changes. This session will leave you feeling empowered and strong, ready to take on the weekends activities.
